Wall Colmonoy Corp., Madison Heights, Mich., acquired Franklin Bronze & Alloy Co. Inc., the oldest operating casting foundry in Pennsylvania. Franklin Bronze & Alloy was founded in 1878 and serves the the investment casting industry.

Franklin Bronze was renamed Franklin Bronze Precision Components LLC and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Wall Colmonoy. Bob Barber, former owner of Franklin Bronze & Alloy, will serve as director of business development

Wall Colmonoy manufactures surfacing and brazing products, castings and engineered components.
