Alfa Laval, Lund, Sweden, received an order to supply compact heat exchangers to an oil production facility in Canada. The order, booked in the Energy & Process segment, has a value of approximately $15.3 million with delivery scheduled for 2015. The compact heat exchangers will be used for heat recovery, providing reused heat in the oil production process.

A subsidiary of Foster Wheeler AG’s Global Engineering and Construction Group has been awarded an engineering, procurement and construction contract by ExxonMobil Petroleum & Chemical BVBA (Esso) for the Antwerp Northwest Europe Resid Upgrade Project – Revamp and Offsites facilities at the Esso Antwerp Refinery at Antwerp, Belgium. The company’s scope of work is expected to be completed in December 2016. Personnel at Foster Wheeler already have worked on the front-end engineering design for the project and will be working on the coking unit to be built at the facility.
