The benefits of using electrocoating as both the final coating application and as well as a primer of choice for many other topcoat finishes is the focus of ECOAT16. Planned for February 15-17, 2016, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Fla., the conference seeks to support the expansion of electrocoat technology through the education of finishing industry personnel and those interested in the technology. The event will include technical presentations, concurrent workshop options, open-forum panel discussions, an exhibit room with a tabletop hospitality evening and an industry awards luncheon.
The conference steering committee seeks abstracts for keynote and technical presentations. The program will emphasize the efficiencies of electrocoating from cost and process perspectives as well as troubleshooting and maintaining a system to maximize performance. Presentations must be free of commercialism, and a written paper optional.
To submit an abstract, visit www.electrocoat.org by April 30. ECOAT16 is presented by the Electrocoat Association and Products Finishing magazine.
