With an ultra-fast response time, HiTemp140-FR is capable of recording up to 4 Hz. This enables the temperature sensor to quickly adapt and accurately record temperature variations in changing environments. 
It is suited for thermal processes such as oven profiling, steam sterilization, chamber mapping, flash freezing and seafood processing. The datalogger offers a 2 by 0.0625" diameter probe.
