Expanders Create Mechanical Seals in Boilers, Heat Exchangers
April 21, 2015
Millhog rolling motors and tube expanders are air powered and provide a torque control setting that stalls the tool when it reaches the desired tube expansion to prevent over- or under-expansion.
Easily adjustable, they enable the creation of a uniform and tight mechanical seal. The expanders also allow precise torque control from 25 to 325 ft-lbs.
