Pittsburgh-based Chromalox has acquired electrical engineering services provider ProTrace Engineering, Calgary, Alberta.

The company focuses on providing specialized services in electric heat tracing, temporary construction power and power system protection operations. Adding these capabilities will enable Chromalox to provide front-end engineering design study services, as well as expand current engineering service offerings, allowing for greater capacity to serve global markets.
