To meet the demand for training about the 2015 revisions to NFPA 86, the oven and furnace safety standard, the Industrial Heating Equipment Association will host a second safety seminar. Planned for August 31 through September 1, the event will be held at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus, Ohio.

The safety seminar will be held concurrently with IHEA’s 46th annual combustion seminar and its newly launched induction seminar.  Attendees from all three seminars can attend a joint tabletop exhibition on August 31.

The two-day safety standards and codes seminar will provide a comprehensive overview featuring the new NFPA 86, 2015 edition, including updated requirements for many areas of safety. Sessions will cover the required uses of the American National Standards governing the compliant design and operation of ovens and furnaces.

Registration fee includes two days of classroom training, bound printed handout materials, a tabletop exhibition and reception, lunch and breaks both days, and a copy of NFPA 86, 2015 edition. Learn more at www.ihea.org.
