Heat Spy 170 is useful in a range of applications and is beneficial for facility managers as well as maintenance, repair and operations employees. The imager offers a thermal view that reveals only the temperatures above or below a setpoint. A picture-in-picture setting displays all temperatures in the scene thermally over the visible image to orient your thermal view with visual landmarks, and a thermal and visible video recording feature documents your temperature surveys as video or image files in any of the four viewing modes. The device has a 384 x 288 detector for more than 110,000 individually calibrated pixels, with a thermal sensitivity of less than 0.04ºC to distinguish even minimal temperature differences.
