The granulator feed conveyor is designed to ensure seamless startup in thermoforming applications for improved uptime. U Series Feedroll system has a broad opening (up to 56” across) to handle the most challenging scrap associated with large thermoforming applications. This extra-wide opening helps eliminate jamming or misfeeds when feeding bulky scrap during startup. The size of the opening can be adjusted to more efficiently process lower-volume skeletal scrap. The system includes two standardized feed rolls, six adjustable strippers, a drive system and adjustable air cylinders.
