MadgeTech high temperature datalogger with ultra-fast response time is ideal for recording temperature during rapidly changing processes such as oven profiling, steam sterilization, chamber mapping, flash freezing and other applications. With a 2” by 0.0625” diameter probe, it is capable of recording up to 4 Hz. This enables the temperature sensor to quickly adapt and accurately record temperature variations in changing environments.
