SPX Flow Inc. will operate as a stand-alone company now that its spin-off from former parent company SPX Corp. is complete.

SPX Flow supplies engineered flow components, process equipment, turn-key systems and related aftermarket parts and services in the food and beverage, power and energy and industrial end markets.

SPX Corp. serves the HVAC, detection and measurement, and power markets. Both companies remain based in Charlotte.
