System includes the company’s HiTemp140-M12 datalogger with a 36” glass-braided RTD depyrogenation probe, and ThermoVault Max thermal-barrier enclosure. The dry-heat sterilization datalogging system is designed to withstand temperatures up to 752°F (400°C). It can be used to accurately measure and record throughout the entire depyrogenation process. Datalogging software includes reporting and sterilization-specific features, including the automatic calculation of F0, a complex calculation that determines the correct amount of exposure time required before a product can be considered sterile.
