After an assessment and review of its quality management system and competence to perform specific calibrations, Thermal Product Solutions (TPS), New Columbia, Pa., was granted ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA).

This achievement of A2LA accreditation demonstrates an organization’s competence to manage and perform the activities defined by its A2LA Scope of Accreditation (A2LA Certificate 3782.01). A2LA is the largest U.S.-based, multi-discipline accreditation body with more than 35 years of experience providing internationally recognized accreditation services and quality training.

This achievement of A2LA accreditation demonstrates an organization’s competence to manage and perform the activities defined by its A2LA Scope of Accreditation (A2LA Certificate 3782.01). These activities include:

• Generate: 0 to 11 V; 0 to 500Ω; 0 to 22 mA; -200 to 250°C RTD (100Ω, Pt 385).
• Sourcing Thermocouples: Type T (-200 to 400°C); Type J (-100 to 800°C); Type K (-100 to 1372°C).
• Measure: 10 to 95 percent relative humidity, -80 to 710°C.
