An equipment service team of technicians trained to service Solenis-owned chemical feed equipment can help customers of Solenis, Wilmington, Del., get onsite help.

The company says the program provides its customers with access to skilled equipment technicians, and it improves safety for Solenis employees at customer locations. Currently, there are no additional costs for the service, but Solenis may offer paid services in the future.

The program was launched early this year in North America, and it will begin rolling out in Europe, Middle East and Africa this summer.
