Robertshaw, Itasca, Ill., acquired Burner Systems International (BSI), a provider of gas train systems and engineered burner solutions.

The deal includes BSI's headquarters, engineering center and manufacturing hub in Chattanooga, Tenn., as well as manufacturing centers in Celaya, Mexico, and Bedford, U.K. According to Robertshaw, an engineering and manufacturing company focused on controls and solutions for the residential industry, the acquisition complements its gas products business.
