Despatch, Minneapolis, Minn., expanded its line of walk-in ovens to include models with capacities of 476 and 952 ft³.

The ovens are shipped with unitized sections assembled and wired to minimize installation time. The equipment’s lead times have been brought down to six weeks due to an effort to eliminate non-value-added variations while standardizing popular options.

According to Despatch, the ovens are easy to install and have a shorter time to production.
