With a typical solid-state relay, the output from measuring or monitoring devices is an analog signal that must be converted to a discrete signal to control a common solid-state relay. With the Model RG proportional output controllers, there is no need for this conversion. Upon input from an analog signal, the controller calculates and delivers the necessary output power without the need for an additional interface device. The devices are equipped with user-selectable switching modes to address different application requirements.
