Detect Oil Leaks and Spills from Exchangers with Oil-in-Water Monitor
An oil-in-water monitor can detect of oil leaks and spills from heat exchangers before they contaminate boilers, water intakes and membrane systems as well as optimization of water treatment systems. Hydrocarbons, fuels, lubricating oils, heat transfer fluids and crude oil can be measured at low ppm/ppb levels.
TD-120 from Turner Designs Hydrocarbon Instruments is designed to accurately detect leaking heat exchangers in steam condensate systems, cooling tower and water intakes. For wastewater processes with oil absorbent filters, membranes and batch processes, it will measure the concentration and alert operators of break through and oil upsets. The monitor can also measure most refined, lubricating, hydraulic, transformer and crude oils.
