Industrial combustion, thermal processing safety and induction heating are the topics of three concurrent seminars. The Industrial Heating Equipment Association (IHEA) will host its annual courses on September 19-20 at the Westin Poinsett in Greenville, S.C.

The concurrent seminars include a joint tabletop exhibition and reception on September 19. Companies involved with every technology discussed throughout the three meetings will be on hand and exhibiting products.

Though anyone involved in thermal processing can benefit from attending, the three courses have specific focuses:

  • The combustion seminar is tailored to those responsible for the operation, design, selection or maintenance of fuel-fired industrial ovens and furnaces.
  • The safety seminar is intended for individuals involved in the operation, service, design or manufacture of ovens, furnaces, kilns, dryers and thermal oxidizers. It seeks to help them become better acquainted with the NFPA 86 Standard for Ovens and Furnaces.
  • The induction seminar will focus on the many possible applications for induction-related manufacturing processes.
