A major U.S. manufacturer of electronic components placed an order worth over $3 million with Despatch for inert atmosphere ovens. The PND oven is currently used by the manufacturer for critical thermal processing needed to cure electronic components.

Despatch’s PND Oven is designed to accommodate a range of processes where an inert atmosphere is required to prevent product oxidation. Typical applications include curing, bonding and heat treating. The continuously welded interior is suited for highly corrosive conditions or where interior cleanliness is critical. The unit also has adjustable recirculating air louvers that allow fine-tuning to ensure uniform airflow and even and consistent product heating even with varying load configurations. A heat exchanger provides rapid cool-down.
