St. Louis, Mo.-based Paulo is celebrating its 75th year in business. Founded in 1943, the commercial heat treater was originally conceived as a manufacturer. Heat treatment was intended as a secondary business.

Today, Paulo provides advanced heat-treatment processes for critical components in the aerospace, automotive, power generation and other markets. The company operates plants in St. Louis and Kansas City, Mo.; Cleveland, Ohio; Nashville and Murfreesboro, Tenn.; and Monterrey, Mexico.
