Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad chose the Rotork client-support program (CSP) for the asset management of Rotork valve actuation equipment at its Port Dickson refinery in Malaysia. The CSP encompasses 157 Rotork electric actuators, a Rotork master station and Pakscan control-loop testing facility.

The client-support program is designed to increase valve actuator and control product reliability and availability via planned maintenance, predictive maintenance and asset management. The primary goal is to identify and eliminate any potential issues before they occur. This includes equipment checks, replacement of worn components and partial or complete overhauls at specific periods. The refinery will have continuous access to Rotork support centers with prioritized technical assistance.
