A custom 200°F (93°C) steam-heated cabinet oven designed and built by Lewco Inc. is being used to melt residuals out of special containers. A stainless steel collection pan is included in the base of the oven. The pan collects the contents melted from the containers and compiles them in a drain pipe that extends out from the bottom of the oven. The contents are then emptied into another container.

A top-mounted heater box provides a heating capacity of 250,000 BTU/hr, and a 3,500-cfm circulation fan delivers horizontal airflow throughout the workspace. Bi-parting swing doors are placed on both the front and back of the cabinet for ergonomic access to the parts. Process and high limit controllers, a fully modulating steam control valve and a high-limit shut-off valve are all housed in a NEMA 12 enclosure.
