Tasi Group, a privately owned business focused on test, measurement, inspection and assembly equipment, acquired Onicon Measurement Solutions. Onicon specializes in the design and manufacture of flow meters and energy-measurement systems. The company's products can be used to measure steam, natural gas, airflow and liquid flows. Flowmeter technologies include electromagnetic, turbine, ultrasonic, thermal mass, vortex and Pitot tube.

All Onicon Measurement Solutions business units — Air Monitor, Fox Thermal, Onicon, Seametrics, Greyline and Pulsar Process Measurement — are included in the transaction. Fox Thermal provides a range of full-featured flow meters to industrial OEMs and end-user customers.

The companies will become part of the existing Tasi Flow Group of companies, which is comprised of AW-Lake Co., Exact Dispensing Systems, KEM GmbH, Litremeter, SignalFire Wireless Telemetry and Vogtlin Instruments.
