To improve temperature uniformity and reduce cycle times, a plastics manufacturer purchased two annealing batch ovens. Supplied by International Thermal Systems, the ovens were designed with a proprietary airflow pattern to ensure uniform processing of the range of plastic parts processes at the facility.

The ovens allow the plastics manufacturer to process more product per shift, and the processing time of one particular part has dropped from 22 to 13 minutes.
