Oven Bonds Composite Materials Inside Molds
Gas-heated walk-in oven is used for bonding composite materials inside molds. Workspace dimensions of the No. 950 measure 10 x 20 x 8’ with 700,000 BTU/hr installed in a modulating natural gas burner to provide heat. The 350°F (177°C) oven has a 24,500-cfm, 20-hp recirculating blower that provides combination airflow to the workload. Other features include 4” insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior, heavy-duty double doors and a 0.25” steel plate floor. The oven can be disassembled in three sections for shipping.
