Measure Humidity in Baking Processes
The digital humidity sensor uses proprietary anti-saturation technology to increase accuracy in measuring humidity in ovens, proofers, dryers and cooling tunnels. The sensor allows greater control to improve product consistency, quality control and product throughput. The sensor produces data that is unaffected by combustion gases as it measures dewoint temperatures, absolute humidity and relative humidity. It records measurements in very high dewpoint environments such as the steam-injection used in bread ovens. The product probes used for measuring humidity do not require preheating or increased dwell time.
