Foil-backed electric resistance heaters can be customized to meet size, shape, layout and cut-outs requirements, lead wire options and lead termination options. The heaters can be supplied with built-in temperature control and sensors, dual wattages and dual voltages. The aluminum foil heaters are designed to be attached to a surface using a built-in adhesive, or they can be mechanically fastened using rivets, sheet metal screws, or other mechanical means. An optional semi-rigid aluminum backing plate offers structural stability for more demanding applications.
