Thermal Product Solutions shipped a Gruenberg vertical conveyor oven to the manufacturing industry. The operating temperature is 270°F (132°C) while the maximum temperature is 400°F (205°C).

The oven includes 4" thick insulation, an exterior of stainless steel and cold-rolled steel, and a high volume horizontal airflow system. The conveyor is comprised of an attachment chain with tray supports. A 7.5-hp direct-drive motor drives the 15" diameter circulation blower on the bottom of the oven. The interior transport system has a vertical accumulator and capacity for over 60 trays. It also has two independent vertical conveyors: one going up and one going down.
