The API 610 OH2 pump for the oil industry incorporates a filter cartridge that continuously removes contaminants from the oil. It removes water from the bearing oil utilizing moisture-absorbing materials built into the filter. Other features include an on-board condition monitoring system; channeled oil-lubrication technology that ensures flow-through of cooled oil to thrust and radial bearings; API 610 nozzle-load design; and spiral-wound casing gasket for maximum sealing. It offers capacity to 8,500 gal/min (1930 m3/hr) and total dynamic head to 1,200' (360 m).
