High temperature bearings are designed for use in a range from 350 to 1000°F (177 to 538°C) in oxidizing atmospheres and from 350 to 6000°F (177 to 3316°C) in non-oxidizing atmospheres.
High temperature bearings are specially designed for dry running in temperatures up to 1000ºF (538C) in oxidizing atmospheres and from 350 to 6000ºF (177 to 3316ºC) in nonoxidizing atmospheres.
Grade M-58 received approval from the Food and Drug Administration so it can be used in food contact applications, meaning the oil-free, self-lubricating, carbon-graphite material can be used in dry running.
The low friction level and self-lubricating properties of Graphalloy bushings and bearings make them suited for use in applications involving high temperatures and extreme chemical or mechanical stresses.
Heater is designed for heating bearings, pulleys, couplings, rings and other components so they can be mounted in maintenance (MRO) or production applications.
