Pollution control technology manufacturer Ceco Environmental Corp. will acquire industrial flow control products manufacturer General Rubber LLC (GRC), Dallas. The acquisition is expected to expand Ceco’s product offering to include rubber expansion joints, ducting expansion joints, and industrial pinch and duckbill valves.
