Regenerative thermal oxidizers have airflow capacities from 1,000 to more than 100,000 scfm and are designed to destroy more than 99 percent of the VOCs/HAPs present in process exhaust streams. Features include a simplified operator interface, remote control logic and enhanced, automated record-keeping. Depending upon the VOC abatement technology in use, exhaust stack temperatures will vary from 150 to 700°F (65 to 371°C), providing a source of reusable energy.
