For applications up to 1,500oF (816oC), the alloy sheath of these heaters is swaged for maximum compaction at high-watt densities and efficient heating element operations. Sheath diameter is sized for a precision fit into drilled holes, providing maximum heat transfer. Heater diameters are available in metric and English sizes. Several lead configuration designs are available, including stainless steel braid and stainless steel armor. The heaters are available with UL and CUL component recognition and can be modified for liquid immersion.
