As part of a global campaign, APV is re-launching its identity using a new value slogan. The slogan, “We Listen. We Design. We Engineer. We Deliver.”, is accompanied by a tagline, “the people behind your performance” on the company’s existing logo. The London-based company made the change in response to feedback from customer surveys.

In other company news, APV, part of the Invensys plc group, appointed Mark Basham sales director for the EMEA 2 region within APV, which comprises Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

John Searle was named as vice president of strategic marketing for Eclipse Inc., Rockford, Ill. He is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy, including coordinating global marketing efforts, business and market development, market research and planning, and coordination with sales and service.

Syracuse, N.Y.-based Eraser Co. Inc., appointed Doni Blanchard lab technician. Blanchard will assist with implementation of the company’s complementary sample processing program.

Matt Van Dyke
Project Manager

Matt Van Dyke, an electrical engineer with experience in developing industrial control systems, has joined Baltimore-based Novatec Inc. as a project manager, where he will oversee installations of the company’s resin-handling systems. Also, Don Gruber was named regional vice president of sales in the southern United States and the Maquila area in Mexico. The region includes Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
