Swep has successfully achieved ISO 14001 at its Kuala Lumpur facility, completing its goal to achieve such certification at all of its facilities.
The Landskrona, Sweden-based company began its pursuit of the objective in 2007, with what was then the company’s newest plant, in Košice, Slovakia, and ended with the achievement of ISO 14001 at its factory in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
ISO 14001 is the global standard for environmental management systems. It aims to minimize the environmental impact of businesses by, for example, reducing pollution and waste. It is therefore the perfect match for our own environmental aspirations and objectives.
Swep manufactures compact brazed heat exchangers and related products and services. The company has factories in Sweden, Switzerland, the United States, Slovakia, Malaysia and China.
