Designed for machine-side heating and cooling, Microgel RCM can be incorporated at each process machine as part of the company’s Ecodry system, creating shorter cycle times, enhancing part quality and reducing scrap. The compact water-cooled integrated chiller/temperature control unit (TCU) is suited for plastic injection molding, blow-molding, thermoforming and other industrial processes where heat regulation is required with between 23 and 195°F (-5 to 91°C). The TCU uses a patented process that allows the set temperature to remain precise and constant.
