Hydrotherm is offered in standard heating capacities from 3 to 24 kW; ratings from 208 to 600 V; pump sizes from 0.5 to 3 hp; and flow rates from 15 to 60 gal/min. Features include stainless steel components for wetted surfaces, including a stainless steel pump, heater canister and pump suction manifold. It is offered with the company’s E+ package that includes an insulated heater canister ; 4 to 20 mA PID control to match output to process demand; SCR switching for faster response and extended heater life; and forced ventilated cabinet to extend electrical component life.
