As a prelude to its annual fall meeting, the Hydraulic Institute (HI), Parsippany, N.J., and its subsidiary organization, Pump Systems Matter (PSM), will host a training course.
"Pumping Systems Optimization: Opportunities to Improve Life Cycle Performance" will be held on October 19 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Ohio. The full-day course is open to anyone interested in learning how to improve pumping system efficiency to reduce energy and operating costs. Attendees will earn seven PDH credits.
The course will be held one day before HI's annual fall meeting, which will take place on October 20-23 at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel in Ohio. Registration for the annual meeting is open to members, associate members, standards partners and eligible prospective members.
Attendance at the fall meeting is not required for the pumping systems course, and the course fee is separate from the fall meeting registration. Details on pump course content can be found at www.pumpsystemsmatter.org, and both the course and meeting registration information is posted at www.pumps.org/10fall.
