Tri-Zone is designed for band ovens where a three-zone adjustment of the flame space may be made laterally along the burners either at the front, center or rear. The burner bodies are cast in unit lengths and designed to compensate for unbalanced heat conditions sometimes found in band ovens. The burner flame space is made up of the company’s proprietary stainless steel ribbons that are meshed together to form a multiplicity of burner ports. The construction produces a sharp blue flame covering the entire length of the flame space. The stainless steel ribbons do not corrode or oxidize.
