Selas Heat Technology, Streetsboro, Ohio, hired Jeff Malarikas vice president of sales and marketing for North America for all Selas brands, including Webster Combustion Technology LLC, a manufacturer of boiler burners based in Winfield, Kan. Also, Webster Combustion promoted Eric Graham from OEM sales manager to national sales manager. In his new position, Graham will continue to oversee sales to OEMs with added sales and marketing responsibilities to all sales channels. Graham will report to Malarik.
