A company will use a high temperature top-loading oven from Grieve to heat stainless steel prior to welding. The 650°F (343°C) oven has workspace dimensions measuring 72 by 36 x 36".

The oven has 5" insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior, and a reinforced 0.25" steel plate top. The equipment also includes an air-operated rear-hinged door and wear bars at the sides of the workspace. Controls include a digital-indicating temperature controller, manual-reset excess-temperature controller with separate heating element control contactors and recirculating blower airflow-safety switch.
