A 500°F (260°C), electrically heated walk-in oven, No. 158 is used to heat-treat long fluorocarbon shapes supported by wheeled fixtures. Workspace dimensions measure 36 x 300 x 36”, and 60 kW are installed in lncoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements. A 4200-cfm, 3-hp recirculating blower provides combination airflow to the workload. The walk-in oven has 4” insulated walls and an aluminized steel interior and exterior. Features include an integral top-mounted heat chamber, front and rear doors, 2” insulated floor with channel-guide tracks and two fixture supports with flanged wheels.
