SmartWatchWeb radio-frequency steam trap monitor is a wireless interface designed to provide a device complaint with ISA100 Wireless. Model SWWRF40 can be used to monitor for gas and steam leaks, temperature, pressure and other relevant information related to valves and the steam system. The monitor wirelessly transmits temperature, pressure and ultrasound data that is analyzed to determine the status of steam valves. It enables fast response to undesirable events such as steam leaks. Paired with the company’s intensive maintenance systems, the steam trap monitor can help improve plant efficiency and reduce emissions of CO₂and other harmful gases. The wireless steam trap monitor has successfully achieved ISA100 Wireless certification.
