Ed Delate, Business Director of Paratherm-Heat Transfer Fluids — Edward Delate assumed the role of business director of King of Prussia, Pa.-based Paratherm – Heat Transfer Fluids following the retirement of George Schreiber, who served as general manager. The changeover took place on October 1, 2015.

Ross Tate, Vulcan — Vulcan Systems, Moberly, Mo., hired Ross Tate as technical sales engineer. Tate has experience in biology, biotechnology, wastewater treatment and sales, and he has assisted with projects throughout the United States.

The electromagnetic flowmeter serves demanding applications in the oil-and-gas industry with slurries, fluid mixtures, injection fluids and wastewater. ProcessMaster magmeters operate under harsh conditions involving heat, moisture, vibration, and explosive and corrosive atmospheres, says ABB.

Shell Offshore Inc. awarded a contract to Yokogawa Corp. of America, Sugar Land, Texas, to deliver process control/process safety equipment and associated software for Shell’s Appomattox development. The project is located in the Mississippi Canyon in the deep water Gulf of Mexico. Yokogawa’s Centum VP DCS will be used for managing topsides process control and subsea sequence of operations, and the ProSafe-RS Logic Solver will be used to ensure process safety.

Duncan Cooper, Grundfos Pumps Corp.’s regional managing director and group senior vice president for the Americas, will leave the company during the summer of 2016. Since his appointment in 2013, Cooper has proved instrumental in improving company performance in the Americas region, most significantly in the area of financial stability. Available to U.S. companies, the service converts data, code and program files as well as tasks and routines to accommodate Siemens Simatic S7-1200 or S7-1500 lines of controllers.
