Cleaver-Brooks, Thomasville, Ga., acquired Camus Hydronics Ltd., a designer and manufacturer of condensing hydronic boilers and heaters for light industrial, commercial, institutional and large residential use.

The Toronto-based company’s manufacturing facility includes a testing laboratory, engineering department, manufacturing and assembly lines, warehouse and parts depot. Camus Hydronics’ line of products complements Cleaver-Brooks’ line. Cleaver-Brooks expects the deal to strengthen its position in the condensing hydronic boiler market.
