Single- or multi-zone MicroFusion has a small footprint and UL, cUL, CE and RohS certifications. The high performance digital SCR controller adapts to analog and digital environments. The SCR power controller is available in single-phase, three-phase 4-SCR and three-phase 6-SCR configurations up to 80 A. It includes universal input voltage (24 to 600 VAC, 45 to 65 Hz). It uses SCRs with a 20X surge current rating and an overcurrent trip network. When incorporated with the appropriate branch-rated Class T fuses, the power controller has 100 kA SCCR certification, eliminating the need for semiconductor fuses. Setup is accomplished via plug-and-play USB and allows configuration for zero cross, phase angle and zero cross into a transformer.
