A manufacturer of specialty fluids, Radco Industries Inc., Batavia, Ill., hired Scott Mondi as account manager, military sales. The RadcoLube product line consists of synthetic and petroleum-based military hydraulic fluids.


Robesonia, Pa.-based Reading Bakery Systems expanded its personnel and resources China and Southeast Asia. As part of the expansion plan, key RBS personnel will relocate to the region. David Kuipers will take a new role as senior vice president of sales and marketing and will relocate to Singapore to lead sales efforts in the region. Also, Ric Watts will relocate to China and assume the role of manager for Reading’s operations in China. He will lead the expansion of the company’s engineering and manufacturing resources at the company’s Tianjin factory, a facility already owned by the Markel Food Group.
