Interflon Paste HT1200 is formulated with soft, nontoxic ceramic materials for environmental and operator safety. The lubricant and assembly paste with MicPol is rated food safe (NSF H1, kosher, and halal) and withstands temperatures up to 2192°F (1200°C). It works to prevent galling, fretting and galvanic corrosion. Due to the polarization of lubricant particles, it adheres to surfaces magnetically. The material resists moisture, water and saltwater, and acid media as well as high pressure and atmospheric effects. It possesses a coefficient of friction of 0.12.
