An electrical component manufacturing company will use a batch oven for product testing and curing coatings on electronics. The Blue M clean-room oven, shipped by Thermal Product Solutions, is designed with a maximum temperature range of 60°F (15°C) above ambient to 662°F (350°C).

The oven includes chrome door hardware, safety door switch and adjustable leveling feet. The control system includes a programmable controller with Ethernet communications and a light tower on top of the oven that shows process conditions. A variable-frequency drive and semi-pierced walls, along with a horizontal airflow configuration, maximize temperature uniformity inside the chamber.
